We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location was truly breathtaking, nestled on a hill and surrounded by a very big area. The service was top-notch, with room service available and shops offering various services like laundry. The shuttle service was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. We loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms, which included amenities like ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace. The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, allowing us to stay connected. The staff were extremely hospitable, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the leisure activities such as massages, karaoke, and the beautiful garden area.

View of sunsets was breathtaking. The breakfast was sumptuous, with loyal staff and lots of food. Liked their on-site restaurant Pengambatan Cafe, it was good.

I had a fantastic Easter weekend at a beautiful resort located near a massive crater lake with stunning views of the surrounding rainforest. The shared bathroom was sparkling clean with good water pressure, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The best part was the variety of activities available, including free and paid options, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of nature to the fullest.

That the restaurant menu was limited, and there were only three set menus available. However, I was still able to enjoy a delicious dinner and breakfast with a view of the lake.
